Does Eco Orange remove rust stains?

Yes it does.

Set-in stains in clothing are challenging for any cleaner. On concrete, it depends on how porous the surface is. If the rust has gone down and embedded itself in the cracks, it will need Eco cleaner (5:1 ratio) and a steel brush.

For most other surface rust, use Eco with confidence.
